劉妙霞 Vivian Lau

Vivian Lau has been engaged in calligraphy and painting for over 30 years, consistently pursuing artistic excellence with passion and innovation, shaping her distinctive artistic style. Her exquisite brushwork vividly depicts life’s vibrancy and expresses profound emotions through ink and colour.
Originally from Taishan, Guangdong, Liu Miaoxia studied at Buddhist Wong Fung Ling College and St. Stephen’s Girls’ College during her youth. She later pursued further education in the United Kingdom and graduated from Pitman Central College.
She has studied painting and calligraphy under several esteemed masters.
2003-2004: Awarded an Honors Diploma in Art and Design from Middlesex University, London, UK.

- January 2002 – Solo exhibition "One Flower, One World" at Hong Kong City Hall
- November 2008 – Silver Award at the "Meet in Hong Kong" Exhibition (group exhibition)
- July 2009 – Participated in a group exhibition at Chelsea Library, London
- August 2009 – Participated in the Chinese Paleography Society Calligraphy and Painting Exhibition
- December 2009 – Participated in a group exhibition organised by the Hong Kong Lanting Society in Beijing
- September 2012 – Participated in the International Female Artists Alliance Exhibition at the Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum, Japan
- 2012 – Held a solo exhibition at Hong Kong Central Library, receiving high acclaim

劉妙霞老師原籍廣東台山,少年時期就讀於佛教黃鳳翎中學及聖士提反女子中學,後赴英國深造,畢業於Pitman Central College。
